I get head and chest colds at this time of year. Steam and eucalyptus have been my BFF. I created these bath salts loaded with essential oils to ease congestion and with a base of magnesium to soothe aches. A couple of large spoonfuls in a warm bath and relax for awhile to let the botanicals work. Hope you feel better!
